Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

At Daisy & Lu Co ., we carefully pack every order with love. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically take 3-7 business days.

During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time. Daisy & Lu Co. currently ships within the United States Only.

We’re excited to grow and hope to offer international shipping in the future. Be sure to follow us for updates as we expand.

What is your return policy? 

At Daisy & Lu Co., we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 Days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage cannot be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale and clearance items.

  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, and hair accessories)

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Exchanges.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
